CloverPeak ("we," "our," or "us") is a Clover App Marketplace application that helps restaurant and retail operators visualize labor cost as a heat map so they can schedule more effectively. This Privacy Policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Access

CloverPeak connects to your Clover merchant account and may read the following data through the Clover API:

• Employee names and roles
• Shift schedules and hours worked
• Sales volume by time period (to calculate labor percentage)
• Merchant business name and time zone

We do not access customer personal data, payment card information, or any data unrelated to labor and sales reporting.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data accessed from your Clover account is used solely to:

• Generate your labor heat map and cost reports within the app
• Calculate your labor-to-sales percentage by time slot
• Display scheduling recommendations based on your target labor percentage

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Operational data fetched from Clover is processed in real time and is not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to render the current session. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained to improve the product.

5. Security

All communication between CloverPeak and Clover's API is encrypted using TLS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect access credentials and limit data exposure.

6. Third-Party Services

CloverPeak uses the Clover Developer Platform under Clover's Terms of Service. We do not integrate with additional third-party analytics or advertising platforms.

7. Your Rights

You may disconnect CloverPeak from your Clover account at any time through the Clover App Market. Upon disconnection, we will delete any cached data associated with your merchant account within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you within the app.
