How does CloverPeak connect to my Clover account?

CloverPeak uses the official Clover API. When you install the app from the Clover App Market, you'll be prompted to authorize access. No credentials are stored — access is managed entirely through Clover's secure OAuth flow.

What does the heat map show?

The heat map displays your labor cost as a percentage of sales for each time slot across the week. Red means you're over your target, green means you're on track, and blue means you have room to add hours.

What labor percentage target does the app use?

CloverPeak defaults to a 30% labor-to-sales target, which is a common benchmark for food service. You can adjust this in the app settings to match your business goals.

How do I disconnect the app?

You can disconnect CloverPeak at any time from the Clover App Market under "My Apps." This will revoke the app's access to your account immediately.

The heat map isn't showing my latest data — what should I do?

Try refreshing the app. If data still looks stale, disconnect and reconnect the app from the Clover App Market. If the issue persists, email us at support@secret-corporation.com.

Is my employee and sales data secure?
